PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

We accept the following payment methods: DOMESTIC ORDERS (PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express). 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx & DHL, our partner carriers. Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours of placing your order before being shipped. Orders placed after 2PM EST may not ship until the following business day. With high demand items, your order may be backordered or delayed. You will be notified if there are anticipated delays. When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. We will only ship to matching billing and shipping addresses and will not ship to P.O. Boxes. When using PayPal we will only ship to "confirmed" addresses.

Domestic Returns

Merchandise may be returned for a refund within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date only when accompanied by the original sales receipt, original packaging and packaging materials. A $10 Restock Fee will be deducted. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit.  After fourteen days (14) all sales will be final and merchandise will not be eligible for return, store credit, or exchange. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted for a return.

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

To process a return please email sales@blackballedgolf.com You will be issued a RA#. We recommend you obtain a tracking number prior to sending back returns. Once an RA# is processed, the items must be shipped out immediately so that packages can be received within 2 weeks of the date the RA# was created. Blackballed Golf reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.
